Your heart will thank you for it:
  • Dark chocolate: The polyphenols contained in the cocoa will cut your risk by 21%,
  • Eat Almonds: Every day and it will cut your risk by 12.5%. It’s all down to the vitamin E,
  • Red Wine (125ml) will cut your risk by 32%. And that’s all down to the antioxidants it contains,
  • Garlic: A couple of cloves a week will cut your risk by 25%,
  • Fruits and vegetables: Get your 5 a day, with all those antioxidants, and you’ll cut your risk by 21%,
  • Fish the size of a deck of cards 4 times weekly and the omega-3 fatty acids will cut your risk by 14%,
So if I Baked a Salmon with Almonds & Garlic with green vegs, and I have a glass of Red wine and finish with chocolats mousse & fruits = Happy Heart :-)
